Oh yea, I was trying to get that effect myself! Was quite inspired by some old cartoon mockups, and went ham with the idea :p

Still find funny that the program I used actually had a function to bitcrush the image tho

nicely done! the texture work looks pretty nice. I honestly hate making custom textures myself, I try to get away with whatever I can with modeling and procedural stuff.

I need to try substance painter, blender’s texture painting mode is so ass

there are no human words that can describe my hatred towards blender's texture painting

but jokes aside, substance painter is insane, i HIGHLY recommend it
even though i've been using the program for less than a week i feel like a whole new dimension has been opened in front of me, i actually ENJOY the texturing process now!

i got the 2021 release since i've heard some horror stories regarding the versions that got new icons but it doesn't hurt to try any version out and see which one works best
